DIRAC EQUATION WITH FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVES OF ORDER 2/3

In conventional spacetime, a Dirac-like equation with fractional derivatives of order 2/3 is introduced. The corresponding g matrix algebra relates to generalized Clifford algebras: finite representations exist with smallest dimension N = 9 .
