Cutkosky coupled multichannel, and manifestly unitary model, reduced to three two-body coupled channels, has been used to predict eight lowest partial-wave T-matrices for the pN ® hN and hN ® hN processes by the Zagreb-Los Angeles collaboration. The shape of the S11-wave cusp effect near h production threshold for the pN elastic scattering turned out to be wrong in the first analysis, and has been corrected by the Zagreb-Los Angeles-Argonne update of the analysis. The shape error has been traced back to the numerically incorrect assumption of the input sign of the Cutkosky channel propagators. The details of the error, correct form of the input function and the correct analytical continuation of the channel propagators is presented.
