FLUCTUATIONS IN SPIN PRECESSION PHENOMENA DRIVEN BY DISCRETE TIME JUMPS ON A RANDOM GRAPH

By allowing the states of a spin system to be connected by a graph in discrete time, we demostrate that discrete time "paths" between vertices (representing the states of the spin system) can induce fluctuations in the probability of the states that in turn generate fluctuations in x spin polarization of a spin system.
