An adsorption-desorption method for the determination of atomic hydrogen concentration
in an H + H2 gas mixture has been proposed. Thin gold film surface at 78 K has
been used as a selective adsorbent for atomic hydrogen. The experimental system,
calibration and calculation procedure are described.
