Having completed in Part III of the present work the development of the quantionic
algebra, we derive, in this final part, the algebraic theorems needed for its application
to physics. The most important of these theorems are those related to the quantionic norm.
The quantionic norm generalizes the norm of state vectors in standard quantum mechanics,
and has immediate physical interpretations suggested by its geometric properties.
