THE ROLE OF CHIRAL SYMMETRY IN HADRONIC PROCESSES

The role of chiral symmetry in hadronic processes is discussed. Emphasis is given to
the cancellation of diagrams in p-p scattering induced by
chiral symmetry and its consequences in the scalar sector.
