MEASUREMENTS OF Ke4 AND K±
® p±
p0 p0 DECAYS AT NA48/2

During 2003 and 2004, the NA48/2 experiment at the CERN SPS has collected a
large sample of charged kaon decays. Using 2003 data, the form factors of the K± ® p+
p-
e±
n
(Ke4) have been evaluated, allowing the extraction of the
pp
scattering lengths a00 and a02.
From the 2003 plus most of the 2004 statistics,
an independent determination of the same parameters has been made through the
interpretation of an anomaly (cusp) in the
p0
p0 invariant mass (M00)
distribution of the decay K±
®
p±
p0
p0,
observed in the region around M00=2m+,
where m+ is the charged pion mass.
